Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows or cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment time may be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
By booking an appointment and providing a card on file, you authorize Lashes & Beauty Bar to charge applicable cancellation or no-show fees according to our policies.
Late Arrival Policy
We allow a 15-minute grace period for appointments.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Arriving late may also result in reduced service time to avoid delays for following appointments.
Fill Policy
Clients must have at least 40% of their lash extensions remaining to qualify for a fill appointment.
Appointments scheduled beyond 4 weeks from the previous appointment may require a full set instead of a fill service
Foreign Fill Policy
Clients must have at least 40% of their lash extensions remaining to qualify for a fill appointment.

Refund & Service Adjustment Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final and refunds are not provided.
If you experience any issues with your service, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment so we can assist you with a one-time adjustment if appropriate.
Allergy Disclaimer
Clients acknowledge the potential risk of allergic reactions or sensitivities associated with eyelash extension products and beauty services.
Lashes & Beauty Bar is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities that may occur after services are performed.
Lash Preparation & Retention Policy
Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup for the best retention results.
Lash retention may vary depending on natural lash cycle, skincare products, lifestyle, and aftercare routine.
Child & Guest Policy
For safety and comfort, we kindly ask that children and additional guests do not accompany appointments unless necessary.
Due to the use of sharp tools and chemicals, children are not permitted in the procedure area.
